1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KW Metrics ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KW Metrics provides Etsy keyword research, competitor analysis, and listing optimization tools built on Etsy's official API. Some features may require you to connect your own Etsy shop via Etsy's authorized login (OAuth); we never see or store your Etsy password.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service in bulk; use the Service to violate Etsy's own Terms of Use or API Terms of Use; or attempt to circumvent usage limits associated with your plan.

5. Subscription & Billing

The Free plan is available at no cost, subject to the usage limits described on our Pricing page. Paid plans, when available, are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; see our Refund Policy for details on charges already made.

6. Etsy Data & Third-Party Services

KW Metrics uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Data shown in KW Metrics reflects information available through Etsy's API and is provided for research purposes; we are not responsible for the accuracy of data originating from Etsy or other third-party sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The KW Metrics name, logo, and software are our property. Listings and shop content accessed through the Service remain the property of the respective Etsy sellers who created them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any keyword, tag, or listing suggestion will improve your sales or search ranking on Etsy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KW Metrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms or misuses the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
